مهمترین هدف مدیریت شهری را می توان در ارتقای شرایط کار و زندگی جمعیت ساکن در قالب اقشار و گروه‌های مختلف اجتماعی و اقتصادی و حفاظت از حقوق شهروندان، تشویق به توسعه اقتصادی و اجتماعی پایدار و حفاظت از محیط کالبدی دانست .در این تحقیق به بررسی کیفیت زندگی شهروندان شهر شبستر و عملکرد مدیریت شهری در مورد مبلمان شهری، پارک‌صها و فضاهای سبز پرداخته شده است .بر اساس یافته‌صها کیفیت زندگی شهروندان شهر شبستر که با ‮‭۱۳‬ گویه مورد بررسی واقع شد رضایت‌صبخش و مناسب نبوده است .عملکرد مدیریت شهری در ارتباط با مبلمان شهری تا حدودی مطلوب و نسبتا رضایت‌صبخش می‌صباشد .برای سنجش عملکرد مدیریت شهری در ارتباط با پارک‌صها و فضای سبز ‮‭۱۷‬ گویه انتخاب شده بود .و یافته‌صها نشان می-دهد که عملکرد مدیریت شهری در مورد پارک‌صها و فضاهای سبز تا حدودی مطلوب و نسبتا رضایت‌صبخش می‌صباشد .از

.‮‭Abstract The main objective of urban management can improve working and living conditions of the population in terms of socio-economic strata and groups and Protection of citizens' rights, promoting sustainable economic and social development and protection of the physical environment. In this study, the quality of life of citizens Shabestars and urban management function of street furniture, parks and green spaces have been investigated. According to the quality of life of citizens Shabestars that with ۱۳ items surveyed were not satisfactory and appropriate. Urban management performance associated with urban furniture is relatively good and fairly satisfactory. To assess urban management performance in relation to parks and green spaces ۱۷ items were selected. Findings show that the performance of urban management of parks and green spaces is relatively good and fairly satisfactory. On the other hand, according to the findings, between the performance of urban management about urban furniture, parks and green spaces and improving the quality of life there is a significant relationship. Therefore, by promotion the performance of urban management about urban furniture, parks and green spaces, improved quality of life. Organizational arrangements thesis is: The first chapter is generalities investigation; second chapter is the theoretical foundations; third chapter is introduces the study area; fourth quarter is research findings; and the fifth quarter contains results and testing hypotheses and offering suggestions‬
