,that includes Algebraic and Differential Equations, were solved simultaneously with a computer program written in MATLAB and simulation of the reactor was done. Then, the effect of different parameters on the reactor model has been investigated.The simulation results show that increasing temperature at the reactor inlet flow, causes increase in the production of the desired product. Also it has no significant changes on the pressure droop during the bed. Increasing the feed flow rate of inlet stream decreases the conversion and increases side reactions. It has direct and significant effect on pressure; but a little effect on temperature profile. Adding inert gas increases the conversion and has no significant effect on the temperature and pressure profiles ۵ .Propylene, as one of the most important raw materials of petrochemical industries, is produced through different methods. One of the major methods is propane dehydrogenation. This reaction is endothermic and many by-products will be produced in high temperature, therefore catalytic dehydrogenation is preferred. Due to potential of dehydrogenation process in the upgrading of any gasifiable carbon-rich feedstocks into value added products and also easy access to row materials such as natural gas and petroleum in middle East specially in Iran, catalytic propane dehydrogenation will be economically valuable in near future
