Abū ʿAbdallāh al-Ḥusayn b. ʿAlī b. Abī Ṭālib was one of two sons of Fāṭima (d. 11/632), the daughter of Muḥammad, to survive into adulthood and the third Imām of the Twelver Shīʿa.
