One of the most important issues in multi-phase flows is interface instabilities, because these instabilities are important in the heat and mass transfer. The liquid-liquid interface is important in jets, drops, bubbles, etc. Interface instabilities are of interest for many applications in the petrochemical industry (to remove salts and various components and water removed by sedimentation), metallurgical industry (production of metal powder, producing fine droplets in emulsions), engine (combustion of fuel in the combustion chamber), food industry, Medical and pharmaceutical (drug delivery to cancer cells, production of micro-capsules).In this reasearch experimentally investigated:
