تحولات سریع اقتصادی و اجتماعی و فرهنگی، باعث افزایش سطح ارائه خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی و سطح بهداشت در کشور شده است .مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین سطح رضایتمندی بیماران مراکز فیزیوتراپی سرپایی شهر تبریز، برای ارائه رهنمودهایی به‌منظور بهبود کیفیت ارائه خدمات این مراکز و دستیابی به ابزاری استاندارد و بومی انجام پذیرفت .روش :در این مطاله مقطعی و توصیفی و تحلیلی، ۳۶۸ نفر از بیماران مراکز فیزیوتراپی شهر تبریز که حداقل سواد خواندن و نوشتن داشتند، به روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای‌نسبی از بین جامع آماری انتخاب شدند .سطح رضایتمندی شرکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش از کیفیت ارائ خدمات، در پایان دور درمانی را پرسش‌نامه سنجش رضایت بیماران مراکز فیزیوتراپی ارزیابی کرد .همچنین، ابعاد کیفیت خدمات فیزیوتراپی به‌تفکیک مراکز دولتی و خصوصی برحسب متغیرهای دموگرافیک ارزیابی و ازطریق آزمون پراکنش دوطرفه مقایسه شدند .یافته‌ها :میانگین نمر رضایت از خدمات فیزیوتراپی در مراکز دولتی ۸۲/۹۱ و در مراکز خصوصی ۸۲/۲۶ و در کل نمونه ۸۲/۵۸ بود .نسبت توزیع رضایت از خدمات فیزیوتراپی مراکز دولتی و خصوصی، تفاوت آماری معناداری نداشت) ۰/۲۸۰ .p) = از مجموع سیزده بعد کیفیت خدمات فیزیوتراپی سنجش‌شده در این پژوهش، بیشترین نمره به فیزیوتراپیست باادب با میانگین ۴/۶۹۰/۵۳۹ و کمترین نمره به حق انتخاب و تصمیم‌گیری با میانگین ۳/۷۵۰/۹۳۴ مربوط بود .بحث :بیماران از کیفیت ارائه خدمات فیزیوتراپی در شهر تبریز رضایت بسیاری دارند و تفاوت‌های چشمگیری مابین میزان رضایت در مراکز دولتی و خصوصی دیده نمی‌شود .البته، تا فراگیرشدن سنجش رضایت بیمار به‌عنوان مهم‌ترین روش در سنجش کیفیت، هنوز راه بسیار باقیست .نکت بسیار مهم این است :سنجش رضایت همیشه باید توأمان یا به دنبال اطلاع‌رسانی جامع و کافی از نحو درمان و حقوق بیمار باشد .کلیدواژه‌ها :رضایت بیماران، کیفیت ارائه خدمت، مراکز فیزیوتراپی Abstract .
considerable differences between satisfaction in state centers and private centers . but till increasing the assessing the patients satisfaction as the most important method in quality analyzing we should continue our way for a long time . the main point is that the satisfaction analyzing should be accompanied by the comprehensive and enough informing about treatment and patients rights.Key words : Service quality /patients satisfaction/ Physical Therapy centers a tبObject : According to the rapid economical , social and cultural changes that hes lead to griving higher quality services , medical services all around the country , this study hieas to identify the level of patients satisfaction in out-patient physiotherapy centers and get a standard and local method.Methodology : In this study we use a cross-sectional , descriptive and analytical method in whiche we studies 368 patients from phisiotherpy centers in Tabrize who had the least literacy . we chose them from our population by relative-class sampling . the participants satisfaction level in this study on the service quality have been study by qustionairies . in this study demographic variables and different dimensions of the services in the state and private sectors have been studied . finally they are analyzed by 2-wey variance test . Findings : The average number for Physical Therapy services satisfaction in state centers was 82.91 and in private centers was 82.26 and in all the samples it was 82.58. there wasnot a meaningful statistice difference between the private and state sectors Physical Therapy services satisfaction (p=0.280). among these thirteen daimensons of the Physical Therapy service qualities in the study , the highest mark belongs to the most polite physiotherapist whit the average 4.690.539 and the lowest mark belongs to the decisionmaking right with the average 3.750.934.Conclusion : Although the quality of Physical Therapy services in Tabriz shows therelatively high satisfaction of patients , there isn
