پژوهش حاضر به منظور مقایسه میزان رضایتمندی زناشویی معلمان شاغل در مدارس کم توان ذهنی و عادی 87 به اجرا در آمد .در این پژوهش، معلمان زن و مرد متأهل مدارس عادی و - شهرستان سبزوار در سال تحصیلی 88 کم توان ذهنی که تعداد آنها 60 نفر در گروه عادی و 60 نفر در گروه کم توان ذهنی بود، مورد مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت .برای جمع آوری داده های مربوط به رضایتمندی زناشویی از پرسشنامه انریچ استفاده شد .تجزیه و تحلیل داده های پژوهش نشان داد که بین دو گروه از معلمان مورد مطالعه تفاوت معناداری از لحاظ میزان رضایتمندی زناشویی وجود ندارد تنها در خرده مقیاس حل تعارض نمرات معلمان مدارس کم توان ذهنی از معلمان مدارس عادی پایین تر بود، به عبارت دیگر معلمان مدارس عادی تعارض زناشویی کمتری نسبت به معلمان کم توان ذهنی داشتند .همچنین بین دو گروه تفاوتی در میزان رضایت زناشویی از لحاظ سن، سنوات خدمت و جنسیت وجود نداشت .نتیجه آنکه رضایت زناشویی در دو گروه متفاوت نبود، به عبارتی کار با کودکان کم توان ذهنی موجب کاهش رضایتمندی زناشویی معلمان این دانش آموزان نسبت به معلمان کودکان عادی نمی شود.

This study was done for comparison of marital satisfaction between teachers of mentally-retarded children and normal children in Sabzevar city during the 2008- 2009 academic years. In this study 60 normal and 60 mentally-retarded childrens teachers were studied and Enrich questionnaire was used in order to collect data on marital satisfaction. Data analysis showed no significant differences in marital satisfaction between either of the two groups being studied. In conflict resolutions subscale, the teacher of mentally-retarded children had lower scores compared to normal childrens teachers had, only. Also there were no marital satisfaction differences between two group in age, years spent in the job and gender. As a result there were not differences between two studied groups in marital satisfaction in other words; working with mentally-retarded children caused decreased marital satisfaction of these childrens teachers compared to normal childrens teachers.
