هدف پژوهش حاضر، مقایسه استرس شغلی معلمین دانش آموزان عقب مانده ذهنی آموزش پذیر و عادی در مدارس شهرستان های فردوس، بشرویه و سرایان است .روش:جامعه آماری شامل تمامی معلمین مدارس استثنایی و عادی شهرستان های فردوس، بشرویه و سرایان است .تعداد 50 نفر زن از معلمین مدارس استثنایی به روش" نمونه در دسترس " و 50 نفر معلمین مدارس عادی به روش تصادفی انتخاب شدند .در این پژوهش، از پرسشنامه استرس شغلی اسیپو و برای آزمودن فرضیه مان ویتنی استفاده شد U .و t ها از آزمون ضریب همبستگی یافته ها:نتایج نشان داد بین معلمین مدارس استثنایی و معلمین مدارس عادی از نظر استرس کلی تفاوتی وجود ندارد .فقط در 3 خرده آزمون پرسشنامه) بی کفایتی نقش، دوگانگی نقش و محیط فیزیکی ( تفاوت معنی داری بین دو گروه وجود داشت .در خرده آزمون بی کفایتی نقش و دوگانگی نقش، نمره معلمین مدارس استثنایی بالاتر از مدارس عادی بود .بین استرس شغلی با سن، سابقه کاری، تحصیلات و تعداد فرزندان رابطه معنی داری وجود نداشت .واژه های کلیدی:استرس شغلی، معلمین، دانش آموزان عقب مانده ذهنی آموزش پذیر
mentally retarded students and the teachers of regular students in Ferdos,Boshrouye, Sarayan.Method:our sample was all of the exceptional schools teachers and the teachers in regular schools in Ferdos, Boshrouye, Sarayan.50 teachers(Female) of exceptional school the teachers were selected via the sampling.In this study, we use Osipow s job stress questionnaire.For testing the hypothesis we used, correlation coefficient, Independent T test and U man-viteny Results:The results showed that there were no difference between the totalstress teachers of exceptional shools with regular school teachers.Only in 3 subscales(role insufficiency, role ambiguity, physical invironment).there was significant differencein both groups of teachers.In role insufficiency and role ambiguity subscales,the scores for exceptional school teachers was higher than of for the regular teachers.In physical invironment subscales, the scores for the regular teachers was higher than of for the exceptional school teachers.there was no difference between the job stress with age, experienced,education and children.Key words:job stress, teachers, mental retarded students
