مقدمه درحال حاضر در سطح جهان، دیدگاه دانشجویان دربار جنبه‌های مختلف آموزش ارائه‌شده در مؤسسات آموزشی بررسی می‌شود .تعیین ادراک و انتظار آن‌ها از کیفیت خدمات آموزشی می‌تواند اطلاعات باارزشی را در اختیار برنامه‌ریزان برای ارتقاء کیفیت خدمات آموزشی قرار دهد .آنچه به دانشجویان آموزش داده می‌شود، قلمرو اصلی نیازسنجی را تشکیل می‌دهد .درواقع، نیازسنجی اولین گام مؤثر در طراحی برنامه‌های آموزشی است و مطابق‌نبودن برنام آموزشی با نیاز جامعه، تلف‌شدن وقت و امکانات را باعث خواهد شد .باتوجه‌به اینکه در بازنگری سال ۱۳۸۷ رشت مدیریت توانبخشی، دیدگاه‌های دانشجویان و دانش‌آموختگان لحاظ نگردید، مطالع حاضر با هدف تعیین نیازهای آموزشی دانشجویان و دانش‌آموختگان رشت مدیریت توانبخشی صورت گرفت .روش این پژوهش، پژوهشی توصیفی‌اکتشافی است که ازطریق مصاحب نیمه‌ساختاریافته با ۱۸ نفر از دانشجویان و دانش‌آموختگان رشت مدیریت توانبخشی انجام پذیرفته است .از روش تحلیل محتوای صوری در راستای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد .یافته‌ها با استخراج کدهای حاصل‌شد بعد از پیاده‌سازی کلمه‌به‌کلم مصاحبه، کدهای مرتبط از دیدگاه شرکت‌کنندگان در شش مفهوم جای گرفت :واحدهای درسی، مقصد و مأموریت رشته، آموزش‌دهنده، آموزش‌گیرنده، شیو تدریس و کیفیت آموزشی .نتیجه‌گیری نتایج بیانگر آن بود که تجارب شرکت‌کنندگان درخصوص موضوع سرفصل دروس حاکی‌از بی‌کفایتی واحدهای مدیریتی و ضرورت تغییر روش برگزاری کارآموزی و کاربردی‌نبودن آموزش واحد مدیریت توانبخشی بود .همچنین مشارکت‌کنندگان، آموزش‌دهندگان را دارای نقش اساسی در یادنگرفتن محتوای درسی ذکر کردند .آنان از کیفیت نامطلوب آموزش ناراضی بودند و شرط مصاحبه و دومرحله‌ای‌شدن پذیرش دانشجو در رشته را ضروری می‌دانستند .در این راستا ضرورت بازنگری در نحو پذیرش دانشجو و برنام آموزشی رشت مدیریت توانبخشی پیشنهاد می‌شود .کلیدواژه‌ها کیفی، مدیریت توانبخشی، مصاحبه، نیازسنجی
opinions are reviewing in educational institutions in all over the world. Students are the main clients of colleges so identification and determination of students perceptions and expectations can provide valuable information for planners to improve the quality of educational services where as the needs assessment is the first step of planning of every educational program. What students are taught is the main scope of the need assessment. If educational program does not meet social need, time and facilities will be wasted. Because of not considering of students and graduates' opinions in revising of curriculum of Rehabilitation Management major in the yaer 1387 so this study was done with the aim of determining the educational needs of students and graduates of Rehabilitation Management field. Methods: In a descriptive- exploratory study, semi structured interview was done with 18 rehabilitation management students and graduates. Manifest content analysis was applied for analyzing the data. Results: Six central variables were realized including courses, field missions and destinations, teacher, trainee, teaching methods, educational quality. Conclusion: The results show that experiences of participants on the topic of lessons indicate insufficiency of management units and necessity of changes in method of education and training of rehabilitation management in a bad way. Participants also said that practitioners have important role in learning of useful materials and were dissatisfied because of low quality. They emphasize that interview is necessary for acceptance in the field.
