A survey identified 36 cathodic protection systems being installed in North America in 1991 and 1992. Eight structures were selected to monitor the installation and commissioning under contract Strategic Highway Research Program Project C-102G. Monitoring included collecting technical and cost information and analyzing the data. The information collected was used in SHRP Project-102D, Cathodic Protection. The technical information has been incorporated into the cathodic protection manual and specifications as appropriate. The cost information was used in the database for the cost estimating chapter of the manual. A typical copy of a completed survey form is presented in this report. The survey results are tabulated
