SUMMARY OR ABSTRACT
Text of Note
"This is a reply to Dr Keith Warrington's response to my comments on his original article 'Acts and the Healing Narratives: Why?' (JPT) 14.2 (April 2006), pp. 189-217). I responded in the same JPT issue under the title '"Not Like It Used to Be?": Jesus, Miracles and Today' (pp. 219-227). Dr Warrington responded to my questions in 'A Response to James Shelton Concerning Jesus and Healing: Yesterday and Today, 'JPT 15.2 (April 2007), pp. 185-193. In this response, we further explore the use of Jesus' and the Apostles' healing ministry as models to be followed in the contemporary Church and the use of James' anointing model and other modes of healing."
