پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی به کارگیری مدیریت استراتژایک منابع انسانی در ریسک زنجیره تامین با استفاده از تکنیک حداقل مربعات جزئی انجام شده است .برای نیل به هدف فوق یک قرضیه اصلی و پنج قرضیه فرعی تدوین شده است .روش تحقیق توصیفی بوده و جامعه آماری این تحقیق را کلیه شرکت‌صهای سازنده قطعات خودرو استان آذربایجان شرقی تشکیل می‌دهند بنابراین ۱۰۲ نفر از مدیران شرکت سازنده قطعات خودرو با استفاده از نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده از بین جامعه آماری انتخاب و پرسشنامه‌صهای تحقیق در بین آنها توزیع شد .برای جمع‌صآوری داده‌صهای لازم از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است .روایی پرسشنامه به صورت روایی صوری و پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و به تفکیک مولفه‌صهای مدیریت استراتژایک منابع انسانی محاسبه شده است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌صها از تکنیک حداقل مربعات جزئی استفاده به عمل آمده است .نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که بین مدیریت استراتژایک منابع انسانی و ریسک زنجیره تامین رابطه وجود دارد
Text of Note
This study is for checking how human resource management can affect supply chain management risk. Also partial least square method has been used for some calculations and this item is innovation of this thesis. There is one main prescription and 5 sub-prescriptions. The questionnaire is filled by managers of 102 companies which are active in the field of automative spare parts production. This companies are located in East-Azerbaijan province. The questionnaire is standard researcher-made one which the reliability of it is checked by Cronbachs alpha. At the end, as the data checked by software, all the prescriptions were approved and showed that there is a relation between human resource management and supply chain management
