در اقتصاد امروز، توسعه اقتصادی در صورتی می‌صتواند مداوم تلقی گردد که کشورها بتوانند فعالیت‌صهای دارای ارزش افزوده بالاتر و جدیدتر را گسترش دهند و از این طریق سهم مناسبی در بازارهای جهانی به دست آورند .آزادصصصص-سازی تجاری چند جانبه، یکی از عوامل مؤثری است که می‌صتواند منجر به افزایش تجارت خارجی شود و دسترسی به بازارهای جهانی را فراهم سازد .سرمایه‌صگذاری مستقیم خارجی همراه تولید بین‌صالمللی و جهانی و توسعه تجارت بین‌صالملل می‌صتواند نقش مؤثری ایفا و تأثیرات مهمی در توسعه یک کشور ایجاد نماید .آسیب‌صپذیری ساختاری اقتصادی نیز یکی از عوامل مهمی است که بسیاری از کشورها را از توسعه اقتصادی باز می‌صدارد و تأثیر بسزایی بر جریان خروجی سرمایه‌صگذاری مستقیم خارجی دارد .سرمایه‌صگذاری مستقیم خارجی به دلیل داشتن مزیت‌صهایی مانند انتقال تکنولوژی، ارتباط با بازارهای بین‌صالمللی، انتقال مهارت‌صهای مدیریتی و ... منبعی مناسب برای انباشت سرمایه و به دنبال آن ارتقای رشد اقتصادی است همچنین در مسیر توسعه پایدار توجه به اهمیت آزادسازی تجاری چند جانبه و شاخص آسیب‌صپذیری ساختاری اقتصادی بر جریان خروجی سرمایه‌صگذاری مستقیم خارجی برای همه کشورها لازم و ضروری است، لذا تأثیر آزادسازی تجاری چندجانبه و آسیب‌صپذیری ساختاری اقتصادی کشورها بر جریان خروجی سرمایه‌صگذاری مستقیم خارجی در دوره زمانی۱۹۹۶ - ۲۰۱۶برای کشورهای عضو دی ۸مورد تحلیل و برآورد قرارگرفت .نتایج این تحقیق حاصل نشان دهنده‌صی تأثیر مثبت آسیب‌صپذیری ساختاری اقتصادی و آزادسازی تجاری چند جانبه بر جریان خروجی سرمایه‌صگذاری مستقیم خارجی است

In today's economy, economic development can be regarded as persistent if countries can expand their activities with higher and new value added And thus gain an appropriate share in global markets. Multilateral trade liberalization is one of the most important factors Which could lead to increased foreign trade And access to global markets. Foreign direct investment along with international production and the development of international trade can play an important role and have important implications for the development of a country. Economic structural vulnerability is also one of the major factors preventing many countries from developing economies And has a significant impact on the inflow of foreign direct investment. Foreign direct investment due to advantages such as technology transfer, communication with international markets, transfer of management skills is an appropriate source for capital accumulation and, subsequently, the promotion of economic growth. Also, in the path of sustainable development, attention to the importance of multilateral trade liberalization and the structural economic vulnerability index is necessary on the flow of outflow of foreign direct investment to all countries, Therefore, the effect of multilateral trade liberalization and structural vulnerability on economies of investment output for D8 countries of the year 1996-2016 was analyzed and estimated. The results of this research show the positive impact of economic structural vulnerability and multilateral trade liberalization on the flow of outflow of foreign direct investment
