سقف شیشه ای بیان می کند که زنان در دستیابی به سطوح بالای سلسله مراتب شکست می خورند .آنها به پستهای عالی در سازمان نزدیک می شوند، اما بندرت آن را به چنگ می آورند .این سرخوردگی باعث می شود که تصور کنند یک سقف شیشه ای وجود دارد، یعنی موانعی تبعیض آمیز، در راه تلاش خود برای دستیابی به سطوح عالی مدیریتی در سازمانها، مشاهده می کنند .هدف از این پژوهش شناسایی عوامل بازدارنده در سطوح مدیریتی ورزش زنان با استفاده از تئوری سقف شیشه‌ای بود .با توجه به هدف تحقیق، پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف از انواع تحقیقات کاربردی بوده و و از نظر روش گردآوری اطلاعات به روش آمیخته) کیفی و کمی (انجام گرفت .جامعه آماری تحقیق در بخش کیفی شامل کلیه مدیران و کارشناسان خبره ورزشی در حوزه بانوان، ورزشکاران، حقوق‌دان‌ها و اعضای هیئت‌علمی بود .در بخش کیفی از دو روش نمونه‌گیری نظری و گلوله برفی استفاده شد .جامعه تحقیق در بخش کمی نیز شامل کلیه مدیران و کارشناسان زن و مرد وزارت ورزش و جوانان بود و نمونه گیری در این بخش به صورت کل شمار انجام گرفت .ابزار تحقیق در بخش کیفی شامل مصاحبه های عمیق جهت ساخت الگوی پیشنهادی پژوهش با استفاده از روش داده بنیاد بود و در بخش کمی تحقیق، پرسشنامه حاصل از بخش کیفی مورد استفاده قرار گرفت .تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در بخش کیفی با استفاده از روش داده بنیاد انجام گرفته و در بخش کمی از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شد .بر اساس نتایج، مدل عوامل بازدارنده در سطوح مدیریتی ورزش زنان در سه سطح به دست آمد .در سطح اول موانع سیاسی، موانع قانونی، موانع اجتماعی و موانع فرهنگی، در سطح دوم موانع مدیریتی و موانع خانوادگی و در سطح سوم موانع فردی و موانع سازمانی قرار دارند

The glass ceiling indicates that women have failed to achieve high levels of hierarchy. They get close to the top posts in the organization, but rarely get hold of it. This frustration makes them think that there is a glass ceiling, that is, the discriminatory barriers they see in their efforts to achieve high levels of management in organizations. The purpose of this study was to identify barrier factors in women's sports management levels using the theory of glass roof.. Regarding the purpose of the research, the present study was applied to all types of research in terms of purpose and in terms of data gathering method, the method was combined (qualitative and quantitative). The statistical population of the research in the qualitative section included all managers and experts in sport experts in the field of women, athletes, lawyers and faculty members. In the qualitative section, two methods of theoretical sampling and snowball were used. The quantitative research community included all male and female managers and experts from the Ministry of Sports and Youth and sampled in this section in a clustered and targeted manner. The research tool in the qualitative section included in-depth interviews for developing the proposed research model using the foundation data method. In a quantitative part of the study, a questionnaire from the qualitative section was used. The data analysis was done in the qualitative section using the data method of the foundation. In the quantitative section, descriptive and inferential statistics were used. For descriptive data, frequency indices, frequency and tables were used. For analyzing the data in the inferential statistics, one-sample t-test, Friedman test, spearman correlation test, independent fit t-test and independent t-test were used
