هدف از این پژوهش رابطه بین سبک های رهبری مدیران با رضایت شغلی معلمین ورزش شهر کرمانشاه می باشد .روش تحقیق حاضر از نوع توصیفی_ همبستگی بوده و به روش میدانی اجرا شده است.جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضررا تمامی معلمین ورزش در شهر کرمانشاه تشکیل می دهد که در سال۹۳_۹۲ مشغول به تدریس بودند .ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات مورد نیاز این تحقیق پرسشنامه استاندارد،سبک رهبری لوتانز و رضایت شغلی JDI می باشد .بر اساس جدول مورگان تعداد نمونه ۱۹۱ نفر انتخاب شد.برای افزایش روایی، پرسشنامه به چند تن از استادان متخصص در این زمینه ارائه گردید وهم چنین پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ۸۱/۰ درصد بر آورد گردید.برای توصیف داده ها از آمار توصیفی، جدول و نمودار توزیع فراوانی و برای تجزیه و تحلیل فرضیه ها از روش امار استنباطی مناسب استفاده شده است .نتایج تحقیق نشان داد بین سبک های رهبری با رضایت شغلی رابطه معناداری وجود دارد در این باره سبک رهبری دستوری با رضایت شغلی معلمان وررزش رابطه معناداری را نشان نداد بین سبک رهبری تفویضی با رضایت شغلی رابطه معنادار ضعیفی وجود داشت و بین سبک رهبری مشارکتی با رضایت شغلی معلمین ورزش رابطه معنادارمثبت را نشان داد

correlation and it was carried out using Field technique.The study sample consisted of all sport teachers in Kermanshah that had been teaching in 92_93 year.Data gathering tools for required data in this research are Luthanz leadership styles and job satisfaction (JDI) standardized questionnaires.based on Morgan table 191 persons were selected as sample.For increasing reliability, the questionnaire was presented to a number of experts in the field, as well the estimated reliability of the questionnaires was 0.81 present Using Cronbach's alpha method.To describe the data, descriptive statistics, frequency tables and graphs were used and also to analysis of hypotheses suitable inferential statistical methods have been used. Results indicated a significant relationship exists between leadership style and job satisfaction,about this:autocratic leadership style and teachers job satisfaction showed no significan relationship,Delegated leadership style had a weak relationship with job satisfaction,and also significant positive correlation was found Between leadership styles and job satisfaction of sport teachers -The objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between managers' leadership styles and job satisfaction of sport teachers in the city of Kermanshah.Method of the present study was descriptive, cross
