هدف از تحقیق حاضر آمایش مناطق مرزی با تأکید بر راهبردها و اولویت‌صهای برنامه‌صریزی در مناطق مرزی بانه و مریوان است .در این تحقیق روش پژوهش به صورت توصیفی تحلیلی انجام شده است .همچنین تحقیق حاضر از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی به شمار می‌صآید و شیوه‌ص‍ جمع‌صآوری اطلاعات اسنادی و میدانی در قالب پرسشنامه و توسط ‮‭۲۰‬ نفر از متخصصان امر انجام گرفته است، مدل‌صهای استفاده شده در تحقیق حاضر مدل هیبریدی،‮‭SWOT‬ ،‮‭QSPM‬ ،‮‭ANP - SWOT‬و‮‭AHP -SWOT‬ است، در نتیجه‌صی آن سنجش قابلیت‌صها و محدودیت‌صهای آمایش مناطق مرزی به لحاظ توسعه انجام گرفته شده است، برای حصول بدین مقصود با بهره گیری از تکنیک ‮‭SWOT‬ اقدام به شناسایی نقاط قوت و ضعف) عوامل داخلی (و فرصت‌صها و تهدیدها) عوامل خارجی (شده است و سپس با استفاده از مدل ‮‭ANP‬ و‮‭AHP‬ به وزن دهی مجموعه عوامل داخلی و خارجی جهت اتخاذ بهترین استراتژی ‮‭(SO,WO,ST,WT)‬ پرداخته شده است .نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌صدهد که در مدل‮‭QSPM- SWOT‬، ‮‭WT‬ به عنوان راهبرد اصلی، در مدل‮‭AHP - SWOT‬راهبرد ‮‭SO‬ با امتیاز‮‭۰/۸۶۱‬ به عنوان راهبرداصلی و در مدل‮‭ANP - SWOT‬راهبرد ‮‭ST‬ با امتیاز ‮‭۰/۱۶۶۹‬ به عنوان راهبرد اصلی انتخاب شد

The purpose of this article is to present strategies and guidelines for the development of Baneh and marivan border areas. This research was done through the descriptive analytic method, and it was intended to serve an applied research. The documents and data collection was done by field study, and by library method. It was prepared in the format of a questionnaire, which was conducted by 20 experts. The models used in this study were SWOT-ANP and SWOT- AHP hybrid models,To do this, the SWOT technique used to identify the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats. To take the best strategy, ANP and AHP models were used to weight the series of internal and external factors (SO, WO, ST, WT). The research findings showed that in the model SWOT-QSPM, WT as the main strategy, In the SWOT-ANP model, SO strategy, with the score weight of 0/861 is the most important strategy in the development and promotion of the region. Furthermore, ST strategy in the SWOT- AHP model, with the score weight of 0.166 is one of the most important strategies
