بررسی رابط خدمات توان‌بخشی ارائه‌شده با کیفیت زندگی بیماران ضایع‍ نخاعی بستری‌شده در بیمارستان شهیدبهشتی همدان در سال ۱۳۸۸ اکبر سوری، علی چابک، احمد فتوحی، مسعود کریملو چکیده هدف :ارزیابی میزان تأثیر برنامه‌های توان‌بخشی بر ارتقای سطح کیفیت زندگی بیماران ضایع‍ نخاعی به‌منظور قوی و غنی‌کردن برنامه‌ها و اقدام‌های توان‌بخشی، مسئله‌ای مهم به‌شمار می‌رود و در تأمین استقلال بیماران در فعالیت‌های زندگی‌شان شایان توجه است بنابراین، هدف اصلی پژوهش، بررسی رابط خدمات توان‌بخشی ارائه‌شده با کیفیت زندگی بیماران ضایع‍ نخاعی بستری‌شده در بیمارستان شهیدبهشتی همدان است .روش :این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی‌مقطعی است .جامع‍ آماری در این مطالعه، تمامی بیماران ضایع‍ نخاعی پذیرفته‌شده درطول یک سال در بیمارستان شهیدبهشتی همدان است که از بین آنان، ۷۵ نفر) ۱۴مرد و ۳۴زن (انتخاب شدند .این افراد در طول دور سه‌ماه‍ معینی پذیرفته شده بودند .داده‌های این مطالعه با استفاده از پرسش‌نام‍ Whoqolbref که قبلا در ایران استاندارسازی شده، طی دو مرحل‍ قبل از ورود بیمار به برنامه و بعد از اجرای برنامه جمع‌آوری شده است .داده‌های تحقیق در دو بخش توصیفی و تحلیلی بیان شده است .در تجزیه‌وتحلیل، اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS و ازطریق آزمون تی زوجی و تی مستقل و آنالیز رگرسیون ارزیابی شد .یافته‌ها :یافته‌های آماری حاکی از افزایش میانگین کلی نمر ابعاد مختلف کیفیت زندگی بعد از اجرای برنام‍ مذکور است) ۰ .(>pدر خرده‌آزمون‌ها، یافته‌ها متفاوت است مثلا تحت‌حمایت‌بودن و سابق‍ زخم‌بستر با تمام ابعاد کیفیت زندگی ارتباط معناداری دارد) ۰ .(>pاما جنسیت، وضعیت بیمه، سابق‍ گوارشی و سابق‍ بیماری مفاصل و استخوان با هیچ‌یک از ابعاد کیفیت زندگی ارتباط معناداری ندارد) ۰ .(>pمحل ضایعه با ابعاد سلامت جسمانی و روانی، سابق‍ بیماری کلیوی با بعد سلامت جسمانی و سابق‍ بیماری ریوی و تنفسی با بعد روانی کیفیت زندگی بیمار ارتباط معناداری دارد .بحث :به‌طور کلی، نتایج تحقیق نشان‌دهند این است که اجرای برنام‍ جامع توان‌بخشی بیماران ضایع‍ نخاعی بر ابعاد مختلف کیفیت زندگی آنان تأثیر مثبتی دارد .به‌بیان دیگر، اجرای آن باعث بیشترشدن میانگین نمرات ابعاد مختلف کیفیت زندگی بیماران ضایع‍ نخاعی می‌شود .کلیدواژه‌ها :برنام‍ جامع توان‌بخشی، بیمار ضایع‍ نخاعی، کیفیت زندگی .

Objective: assessment measure of rehabilitations program and effect of this on promotion quality of life spinal cord injury and for rich and powerful of programs and rehabilitee actions, and it is important for security of independent ills in their life. So this search with target of studding effect comprehensive program spinal cord injury ills in the Benzoate organization that they are to be confined to bed in Said Behest hospital of Hamden. Material & Metods: This study is a descriptive study, with using of . 75 patients of statistical sample of patients accepted and define in the one course of 3 month in the Shahid Beheshti Hospital from total patients that were confined to bed in during a year was selected. Data of this study are together with use of WHOQOL-Bref questionnaire that formerly are standard in Iran. Questionnaire in the two course before entering to program and after from performance of program with patient and researcher (if patient infirm) and then with the pair T experiment and independent T and assessment and analizez SPSS in software. Results: Statistical founds show that average dimension quality of life are increase after above performance program (P<0). in experiment founds are different for example under protection and insurance position, digestion antecedent, digestion joints and bones ill are not related to no one of life quality dimension. (P<0) place of wastage is related to sound mind and bodily safety and record of renal ill is relate to bodily safety, record of pulmonary and respiratory ill is relate to psychical life quality of sick person. Conclusion: according to findings of study, performance of comprehensive program have a positive effects on dimension quality of life of spinal cord injury and cause of increasing of dimensions scores of quality of life in their.
