کلاه کاسکت های فراوانی در بازار وجود دارد که ازلحاظ ارگونومی دقت لازم در ساخت آنها رعایت نشده است .این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی چند نمونه و طراحی یک کلاه کاسکت مطلوبتر با رعایت نکات ارگونومی انجام شده است.این آزمایش به صورت مقطعی به منظور طراحی یک نمونه کلاه کاسکت با رعایت استانداردهای موجود در کشور و توجه به مسائل مهم و ارگونومی در زمینه کلاه کاسکت در استان تهران بررسی شده است .ابتدا با تحقیق در مطالعات گذشته و با نظر سنجی و مشخص شدن معیارها به طراحی محصول پرداخته شده است .محصول نهایی توسط نرم افزار3D maxبه صورت سه بعدی تهیه تا بتوان محصول نهایی را بهتر بررسی و با تمام جزئیات نشان داد و جهت محاسبه توان مقاومت فیزیکی کلاه کاسکت طراحی شده آن را با نرم افزار SolidWorks مجدد طراحی گردید .پس از بررسی چندنمونه کلاه کاسکت موجود در بازار و همچنین نتایج حاصل از نظر سنجی دلایل عدم استفاده راکبین موتور سوار از کلاه کاسکت فقدان رویکرد ارگونومی در محصولات موجود می باشد.از بین150 نفر موتور سوار که موردبررسی قرار گرفته اند،فقط 76.6 درصد از کلاه کاسکت استفاده می کردند که بیشترین سن استفاده کننده از کلاه کاسکت بین25 تا 35 سال بود.مقایسه ای مطالعه با تحقیقاتی که قبلا در مورد استفاده از کلاه کاسکت بین موتور سواران انجام شده است نشان دهنده پایین بودن سطح استفاده از کلاه کاسکت توسط موتورسواران می باشد، به این منظورعلاوه بر اتخاذ تدابیر لازم به منظور استفاده از کلاه کاسکت توسط موتور سواران بررسی مشکلات کلاه های موجود و بر طرف کردن معایب آنها با توجه به استاندارد ها و موارد ارگونومی پیشنهاد می گردد .واژگان کلیدی :کلاه کاسکت ,ارگونومی ,موتورسواران , ایمنی موتور سوار

There are many helmets on the market in terms of ergonomics Carefully making them has not been met. This study aimed to evaluate some samples and design better helmets do not comply with the Ergonomics Tips. This cross-sectional tests in order to design a prototype helmets with standards in the country and attention to important issues in the field of ergonomics has been studied in Tehran helmets. Beginning with research on past studies and the preparation of the questionnaire and product design has been specified criteria. The final product in the form of three-dimensional software, 3 D max to make the final product better prepared and with all the details indicated and to test physical strength potential hat designed with SolidWorks software re-design and are calculated. After a few helmets on the market as well as the results of the questionnaire Rakbyn reasons for non-use of helmets on motorcycles loss products available are ergonomic approach. Of the 150 motorcycles that have been studied, only 76.6 percent of helmets used the most aged between 25 and 35 years were using helmets. Comparative research study on the use of helmets among motorcyclists has been made use of helmets by motorcyclists revealed a low level is, For this purpose, in addition to the necessary measures for the use of helmets by motorcyclists helmet existing problems and overcome their disadvantages with respect to the proposed standards and ergonomics.
