سرطان به عنوان یک رویداد وجودی آسیب زننده می تواند امیدواری و کیفیت زندگی زنانی که همسرانشان مبتلا به سرطان هستند را نیز کاهش دهد .از این رو مسایل وجودی و شناختی، می توانند در این میان نقش میانجی را ایفا کنند .هدف این پژوهش، بررسی اثربخشی مشاوره با رویکرد شناختی وجودگرا بر امیدواری و کیفیت زندگی زنان دارای همسر مبتلا به سرطان می باشد .روش :در این پژوهش از طرح مطالعه تجربی تک-موردی بهره گرفته شد .جمعیت آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه زنانی بود که بین ۲۰ تا ۵۵ سال سن داشتند و همسرانشان مبتلا به سرطان بوده که جهت پیگیری درمانی به بخش انکولوژی بیمارستان دکتر مسیح دانشوری مراجعه کرده بودند .سه مراجع به شیوه نمونه گیری هدفمند گزینش شدند و در فرایند مشاوره انفرادی متشکل از ۱۲ نشست ۹۰ دقیقه ای به صورت یکبار در هفته شرکت کردند .سنجش متغیر ها در سه خط پایه، در پایان نشست های سوم، ششم، نهم و دوازدهم، و دو پیگیری، توسط مقیاس امیدواری اسنایدر و پرسشنامه کوتاه و ایرانی کیفیت زندگی (IRQOL) نصیری و همکاران) ۱۳۸۵ (انجام شد .برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از شاخص درصد بهبودی و نمودار روند تغییرات بهره گرفته شد .یافته ها :نمره های همکاری کنندگان در پژوهش، بر روی نمودار روند تغییرات در طول ۹ بار اندازه گیری و محاسبه درصد بهبودی، نشان دهنده افزایش در نمره های امیدواری و متغیر کیفیت زندگی می باشد .نتیجه گیری :به نظر می رسد که این گونه از مشاوره التقاطی با توجه به اضطراب وجودی و معانی ناکارآمد ناشی از رویداد آسیب زننده ای همچون سرطان و پاسخ ناکارآمد به آن، سبب افزایش امیدواری و کیفیت زندگی زنانی که همسرانشان مبتلا به سرطان هستند، شود .کلید واژه ها :امیدواری، کیفیت زندگی، مشاوره با رویکرد شناختی وجودگرا، زنان دارای همسر مبتلا به سرطان

Cancer as an existential damaging event can decreases the hope and quality of life of not only male patients who suffering from it but their partners that, meanwhile, there are some existential issues which can play the role of mediator. The aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of counseling with cognitive-existential approach on partners hope and quality of life of cancerous men. Method: In this study, the experimental single- case study design has been used. The study population is comprised of all cancerous men wives who have referred to the oncology section of Daneshvari Hospital for follow-up treatment. To do this, 3 clients have been selected via targeted sampling method who have taken part in the process of individual counseling consisting of 12 sessions of 90 minutes once a week. The variables measurement in three baselines has been conducted during the intervention and three follow-ups via Snyder hope scale and IRQOL inventory. To analyze data, the percentage age of improvement index and changes trend chart have been employed. Findings: Scores of participants in the research, on the changes trend chart in the nine-time measurements and improvement rate calculation, indicates an increase in scores of hope and quality of life variables. Discussion: It seems that this kind of integrative counseling increases the hope and quality of life of cancerous mens wives considering existing anxiety as well as dysfunctional meanings aroused from damaging events like the cancer and inefficient responses to it.
