هدف :مشکلات عمده‌صی نظام تشخیصی اختلال‌صهای شخصیت منجر به بازنگری متنTR -IV- DSMشد .در این راستاDSM - 5مطرح شد که شامل هر دو رویکرد مقوله‌صای و ابعادی برای تشخیص اختلال‌صهای شخصیت می‌صباشد و از پنج حوزه اصلی و 25 مؤلفه در درون هر حوزه تشکیل یافته است .از آنجا که مدل پنج عاملی معرف ابعاد سطح بالا در صفات شخصیتی بهنجار و نابهنجار تلقی می‌صشود، در نتیجه پژوهش‌صها باید مدل جامع‌صتری در ارتباط میان حوزه‌صها و مؤلفه‌صهای مدل ابعادی درDSM - 5با مدل پنج عاملی بدست آورند .هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، تعیین رابطه‌صی مدل پنج عاملی در تبیین مدل ابعادی اختلال‌صهای شخصیت درDSM - 5و اهداف اختصاصی پژوهش، تعیین رابطه‌صی مدل پنج عاملی در تبیین ابعاد اختلال‌صهای شخصیت درDSM - 5و تعیین رابطه‌صی مدل پنج عاملی با مؤلفه‌صهای اختلال‌صهای شخصیت درDSM - 5می‌صباشند .روش :این مطالعه از نوع پژوهش‌صهای مقطعی بود 276 .شرکت‌صکننده با روش نمونه‌صگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند .ابزار گردآوری داده‌صها شامل5- PDI،PI- NEO- Rبود .تحلیل داده‌صها با استفاده از روش همبستگی، رگرسیون چند متغیره با نرم افزار20 - SPSSانجام شد .نتایج :از بین عوامل مدل پنج عاملی این عامل‌صها می‌صتوانند تغییرات حوزه‌صهای مدل ابعادی را به طور معنادار پیش‌صبینی کنند :روان‌صرنجورخویی، توافق‌صگرایی و گشودگی تغییرات عاطفه منفی روان‌صرنجورخویی و گشودگی تغییرات گسستگی گشودگی تغییرات ضدیت روان‌صرنجورخویی، گشودگی و وجدان‌صگرایی تغییرات مهار نداشتن و گشودگی تغییرات روانپریشی را پیش‌صبینی می-کنند .همچنین میان عوامل مدل پنج عاملی با مؤلفه‌صهای مدل ابعادی رابطه‌صی معنادار وجود دارد .نتیجه‌صگیری :نتایج این پژوهش به نقش عوامل مدل پنج عاملی در درک و فهم حوزه‌صها و مؤلفه-های اختلال‌صهای شخصیت در مدل ابعادی درDSM - 5اشاره دارد .کلمات کلیدی :عوامل مدل پنج عاملی، مدل ابعادی، اختلال‌صهای شخصیت،DSM - 5

Objective :The main problems of the personality disorders diagnosis system was lead to review the text of DSM-IV-TR. in this regard, the DSM-5 proposed which contain both categorical and dimensional approach to diagnosis of personality disorder which contain of five main domain and 25 facet. Since the five factor model represents aspects of normal and abnormal personality traits, the result should be research the research the relation between domain and facet of dimensional model of DSM-5 with five factor model. The main goal of this study was to determine the relationship between five-factor model and dimensional model of DSM-5 and the specific goals of this study was to determine the relationship between five-factor model with domain and facet of dimensional model of DSM-5. Method: This is a cross-sectional study. The study sample consisted of 276 subjects of personnel of six clinics in Tehran. The tools to collect data included demographic questionnaire, PDI-5 and NEO-PI_R. correlation and multiple regression was performed with SPSS-20 software. Result: negative affect had predicted by neuroticisms, agreeableness and consciousness; detachment had predicted by neuroticism and openness; antagonism had predicted by openness; disinhabitation had predicted by neurotisicm, agreeableness and conscienceness and psychoticism had predicted by openness. Discussion: results of this study showed that some factors of the five-factor model can significantly predict the areas of five-factor model.
