دوره دستیاری دوره مهمی است که روانپزشکان آن را در زندگی حرفه ای خود تجربه می -کنند و در همه جای دنیا، سطح بالایی از صرف انرژی جسمی و روانی را طلب می‌کند .این پژوهش با هدف مقایسه نگرش و دانش دستیاران روانپزشکی در مورد روان درمانی قبل و بعد از دوره روان درمانی انجام گرفت .پژوهش حاضر براساس هدف از نوع کاربردی و براساس نحوه گردآوری داده ها تحقیق توصیفی از نوع علی- مقایسه ای است .جامعه پژوهش شامل دستیاران روانپزشکی دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی ایران(۲۷ نفر)، شهید بهشتی(۲۴)، تهران(۲۵) و علوم بهزیستی و توانبخشی(۴۱ ) در مجموع ۱۱۷ نفر بود که طی سال تحصیلی ۱۳۹۷-۹۸ دستیار روانپزشکی هستند .مطالعه سرشماری بود و از کلیه دستیاران در سالتحصیلی ۱۳۹۷-۹۸ خواسته شد در صورت تمایل در پژوهش شرکت کنند .ابزار تحقیق شامل پرسشنامه محقق ساخته سنجش نگرش و دانش دستیاران روانپزشکی بود .ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای همسانی درونی گویه های دانش و نگرش به ترتیب ۰/۹۵۳ و ۰/۹۸۵ بدست آمد .برای آنالیز متغیرها از آزمون تحلیل واریانس یک راهه استفاده شد .طبق نتایج تحلیل واریانس دستیارانی که دوره روان درمانی را به صورت نظری و عملی طی نموده اند از لحاظ دانش و نگرش در سطح بالاتری نسبت به دو گروه دیگر(دستیارانی که دوره روان درمانی را نگذرانده اند و دستیارانی که در حال گذراندن دوره تئوری روان درمانی می باشند) بودند .بنابراین با توجه به اینکه در هر رابطه آموزشی، نگرش آموزش‌دهندگان و آموزش گیرندگان از اهمیت کلیدی در موفقیت و ثمر بخشی آن برخوردار است، مقایسه نگرش و دانش دستیاران روانپزشکی در مورد روان درمانی قبل و بعد از دوره درمانی ضروری به نظر می رسد .کلمات کلیدی :نگرش، دانش، دستیاران روانپزشکی، روان درمانی .

Auxiliary course is an important period that psychiatrists experience in their professional life, and they require a high level of physical and mental energy everywhere in the world. This study aimed to compare the attitudes and knowledge of psychiatric assistants about psychotherapy before and after the psychotherapy course. The current research is based on the purpose of the applied type and based on the data collection method, a causal-comparative study is descriptive. The research population included psychiatric assistants from Iran's medical sciences universities (27 people), Shahid Beheshti (24), Tehran (25), and welfare and rehabilitation sciences (41). A total of 117 students were psychiatric assistants during the academic year of 1969-98. The study was a census and asked all the assistants in the 1967-09 academic year to participate in the study if they wished to. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire measuring attitudes and knowledge of psychiatric assistants. Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the internal consistency of knowledge and attitude points was 0.953 and 0.988 respectively. One-way analysis of variance was used to analyze variables. According to the results of variance analysis, the assistants who completed the course of psychotherapy in a theoretical and practical way have a higher knowledge and attitude level than the other two groups (those who did not undergo a course of psychotherapy and the assistants undergoing the course of psychotherapy theory They were). Therefore, considering the fact that in each educational relationship, the attitudes of educators and educators have a key importance in its success and effectiveness, comparing the attitudes and knowledge of psychiatric assistants about psychotherapy before and after the course of therapy seems necessary .
