هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی مددکاری گروهی با رویکرد مبتنی بر نقاط قوت (SBP) بر سلامت اجتماعی همسران بیماران مبتلابه سرطان بیمارستان امام خمینی‌شهر آمل است .این پژوهش از نوع کار آزمایی بالینی با گروه کنترل و گواه اجرای پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون بود .تعداد ۳۰ نفر از همسران بیماران مبتلابه سرطان در بیمارستان امام خمینی‌شهر آمل انتخاب و به شیوه‌ی تصادفی در دو گروه مداخله و کنترل ۱۵ نفره قرار گرفتند .گروه مداخله در ۸ جلسه کار گروهی مبتنی بر نقاط قوت شرکت کردند و گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله‌ای دریافت نکردند .داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه سلامت اجتماعی کییز( ۲۰۰۴) جمع‌آوری شدند .جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها نیز از آزمون‌های آماری کواریانس و باکس استفاده شد .یافته‌ها :مداخلات مبتنی بر نقاط قوت بر افزایش سلامت اجتماعی همسران بیماران مبتلابه سرطان مؤثر بوده است=(F۵۵.۳۰،>P۰۰۰.۰ .)این مداخلات توانستند در افزایش شکوفایی اجتماعی=(F۰۶.۴۵،>P۰۰۱.۰)، همبستگی اجتماعی=(F۰۹.۷،>P۰۰۱.۰)، انسجام اجتماعی=(F۶۱.۲۹،>P۰۰۱.۰)، پذیرش اجتماعی=(F۰۳.۱۲،>P۰۰۱.۰) و مشارکت اجتماعی=(F۵۹.۱۹،>P۰۰۰.۰) همسران بیماران مبتلابه سرطان باعث تفاوت معنادار پس از انجام مداخله را تائید نماید .بحث :معرفی رویکرد مبتنی بر نقاط قوت به عنوان رویکردی مثبت نگر و امکان تدوین الگویی در جهت تمرکز بر نقاط قوت در راستای افزایش سلامت اجتماعی همسران دارای بیماری سرطان شده است، و استفاده از رویکرد مددکاری گروهی قوت مدار در تمامی مراکز درمانی بیماران سرطانی استفاده شود .واژه‌های کلیدی :رویکرد مبتنی بر نقاط قوت، مددکاری گروهی، سلامت اجتماعی، همسران بیماران سرطانی

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effectiveness of group work with a strong point of view (SBP) on the social health of spouses of cancer patients in Imam Khomeini Hospital, Amol. This research was a clinical trial with control group and a pre-test and post-test pre-test. 30 wives of cancer patients were selected in Imam Khomeini Shahr Hospital of Amol and randomly assigned to intervention and control groups of 15 people. The intervention group participated in 8 group work based on strengths and the control group did not receive any interventions. Data were collected through the Key Health Social Questionnaire (2004). To analyze the data, covariance and box tests were used. Results: Strength-based interventions have been effective in increasing the social health of spouses of patients with cancer (F = 30.55, P <0.000). These interventions were able to increase social fluctuation (F = 45.06, P <0.001), social solidarity (F = 7.09, P <0.001), social cohesion (F = 29.61, P <0.001), social acceptance (F = 12.03, P < 0.001) and social participation (F = 19.59, P <0.000). The wives of patients with cancer made a significant difference after the intervention. Discussion: The introduction of an approach based on strengths as a positive approach and the possibility of formulating a model to focus on strengths in increasing the social health of spouses with cancer, and using a strong team approach to work in all treatment centers for cancer patients.
