RESULTS:In this study the information of 1197 pemphigus patients were considered. The data comes from Registry of Autoimmune Bullous Disease Research Center (Dermatry.com) dataset of Razi hospital. In this study we considered the first visit information. There were 543(44.6%) male and 642 (55.4%) female participants.We took 44 different variables to compare the data of different genders that were recorded in Registry of Autoimmune Bullous Disease Research Center (Dermatry.com) at Razi Skin hospital, Tehran. Out of 34 variables, 3variables showed significant relation in different age group results. They are the following variables; 1) smoking habit, 2) PDAI skin feet erosion blisters 3) age of onset 4) cutaneous clinical manifestation at time of diagnosis Out of 34 variables, 31 variables showed no significant relation in different age group results. Following are the variables: 1) clinical manifestations in head and neck area2) clinical manifestation of mucous membrane of pharynx between different age group patients ,3) clinical manifestation of mucous membrane of nasal between different age group patients ,4) clinical manifestation of mucous membrane of ocular between different age group patients ,5)in clinical manifestation of mucous membrane of anal between different age group patients ,6) clinical manifestation of mucous membrane of genital between different age group patients ,7) type of pemphigus disease between different age group patients , 8) clinical manifestation of mucous membrane of pharynx between different age group patients , 9) PDAI score of mucosal erosion blister of eye between different age group patients, 10) PDAI score of mucosal erosion blister of nose between different age group patients, 11) PDAI score of mucosal erosion blister of soft palate between different age group patients, 12) PDAI score of mucosal erosion blister of hard palate between different age group patients, 13) PDAI score of mucosal erosion blister of buccal mucosa between different age group patients, 14) PDAI score of mucosal erosion blister of upper gingiva between different age group patients, 15) PDAI score of mucosal erosion blister of tongue between different age group patients, 16) PDAI score of mucosal erosion blister of floor of mouth between different age group patients, 17)PDAI score of mucosal erosion blister of labia mucosa between different age group patients, 18)PDAI score of mucosal erosion blister of posterior pharynx between different age group patients, 19) PDAI score of mucosal erosion blister of anogenital between different age group patients, 20) PDAI score of mucosal erosion blister total between different age group patients21) mucocutaneous clinical manifestations at the time of diagnosis 22) mucosal clinical manifestations at the time of diagnosis 23) cutaneous clinical manifestations at the time of diagnosis. Following data had missing data, so no conclusions were made.1) Current address of the patient, 2) Ethnicity, 3) Birth place type of the patient4) Past medical history 5) Alcohol use, 6) Illicit drug abuse, 7) Presence of stressor, 8) Anti-dsg1 and anti-dsg3 , 9)Duration of the disease
